Meet your Doctor:

Dr. Daniel Ead is a Board Certified Urologist in Plantation, Florida. He is a native of Marietta,
Georgia. However, he spent much of his early life abroad. He is multilingual and is fluent in
conversational Spanish. He did his undergraduate studies at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from Georgia Tech with high honors he took a year off to do basic science cancer research at Emory University’s Winship Cancer Center. It was during this time that he was involved in cutting edge prostate cancer research and was awarded the American Foundation of Urologic Diseases Scholarship (A.F.U.D.). He received his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He then went on to do his Internship in General Surgery and Residency in Urology at the University of Miami at Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is a member of the American Urologic Association and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Ead specializes in minimally invasive Urologic Surgery as well as advanced Laparoscopic
and Robotic Urologic Surgery. He was trained on the Robotic da Vinci system and performs
Robotic Prostatectomy as well as Reconstructive procedures on the kidney. Dr. Ead performs a variety of the latest minimally invasive treatments for BPH in the office. He performs pelvic floor reconstructive surgery for bladder prolapse and female stress urinary incontinence. Dr. Ead is known for his personable and down to earth spirit. He is a caring doctor, loving husband and dedicated father of two girls.
